主要特點(diǎn):
1、采用陶瓷網(wǎng)紋輥傳墨。
2、放料，收料均由磁粉制動器，離合器控制（或選配進(jìn)口三菱自動張力控制器）。
3、印刷單元采用360°周向?qū)Π嬲{(diào)節(jié)。
4、各印刷單元均有一組紅外烘干裝置。
5、停車時墨棍可自動脫離并低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)以防水墨干結(jié)。
6、主機(jī)采用進(jìn)口變頻無級調(diào)速。
7、從簡料供紙，糾偏，印刷，正反印刷，自動烘干，收卷一次完成，是各印刷廠印刷不干膠商標(biāo)及醫(yī)用紙張印刷的機(jī)型。
Main Features
1.Adopts ceramic mesh roller to convey ink.
2.The unwind and rewind are controlled by a magnetic powder brake and a clutch(mitsubishi automatic tension controller is optional).
3.Each printing unit adopts 360-degree registering adjuster.
4.Each printing unit has a group of infrared and ultraviolet(UV) drying ovens thatcan exchange their functions.
5.The inking roller can depart from the machine and rotate at low speed in orderto keep the ink from drying when its stops.
6.The main motor adopts stepless governor converter.
7.The machine is adopted imitate photoelectric rectifying system and static pictureto assure the quality and result of printing.
8.Turn bar for both sides printing.9. Camera controls printing quality.10. Laminating and waste-off control by magnetic powder.11. Double die cutting units do both sides cutting and sheeting with the conveyer.12. Magnetic rewind unit is optional if no sheeting.
